Records never leave your database
The cloud receives only your chat message plus opaque handles and templates. Odoo resolves entities and renders replies locally — customer data, financials and documents are never transmitted to us.
Permission-checked, always
Before any action runs, Odoo re-checks the acting user's own access rights. The copilot can never exceed the permissions of the person using it, and every action is logged.
Domain- and version-bound keys
Each API key is bound to your registered Odoo domain and major version. A key can't be used from another origin, and dropping the header doesn't bypass the check.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your Odoo, our cloud and the brain is encrypted with TLS.
No training on your data
Your messages and records are never used to train any model. We are not a processor of your business data.
Rate limiting and abuse controls
Per-key rate limits, per-domain trial gating and request throttling protect both your account and our service.
