1. The Service
Oddll Brain AI is an AI assistant for Odoo: a client module in your Odoo plus a cloud service that interprets your requests using third-party large language models and proposes actions. The Service proposes actions; your Odoo executes them under your own permissions. You are responsible for reviewing actions before confirming them.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for the security of your account, portal login, and API keys, and for all activity under them.
3. Credits, billing & payment
The Service is prepaid using credits, which convert to AI usage (tokens) at the rate shown in your portal. Card payments are processed by Stripe. New accounts may receive trial credits (once per domain). If enabled, auto top-up charges your saved card when your balance runs low. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices exclude taxes.
4. Usage limits & suspension
We may apply rate limits and fair-use limits, and may suspend the Service if your balance reaches zero, an invoice is overdue, or we suspect abuse.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service unlawfully, bypass security/limits/metering, reverse engineer or resell it, or input data you lack the right to process.
6. Your data
Governed by our Privacy Policy and, for business data, our DPA. The Service is designed to send the AI only your schema shape and your request text — not your records' values. You retain all rights to your data.
7. AI output — no warranty of accuracy
Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, and is not professional, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You must independently verify any figures or actions before relying on or confirming them.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.
